Celia Hulme, a current GROW cohort member based at University of Manchester and NIHR Three Schools Research Associate, has written about her experiences so far of participating in the GROW programme over on the NIHR SPCR website.

Here are a couple of great quotes from the original post by Celia, check out the full post on the SPCR website here, and thanks very much to Celia for writing it and sharing it with us!

Unveiling the Magic of GROW

This programme is not just a series of workshops; it is an immersive journey into personal and professional growth. From June to December, we have been exploring, learning, and connecting with like-minded researchers in the mental health field.

The GROW programme has arrived at the perfect moment in my research career. I now have a dedicated GROW Coach who guides me every month in enhancing my skills and performance. In addition to GROW, I am participating in the University of Manchester’s New Academics Programme, which is all about enhancing research and teaching practices.

Have a look at Celia’s profile over on the University of Manchester website for more information about her research.

We will have more news about the exciting future of GROW in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on this website and our Twitter @MHRIncubator
