Wellcome have just launched a new mental health grant to support researchers to understand  how the brain, body and environment interact in anxiety and trauma related disorders.

It is a grant open globally to researchers at any level in any discipline with a value of up to £4m with duration of up to 5 years.

To be eligible to apply, applicants must address at least one of the following two priorities:

  1. Research that examines questions at more than one level of explanation (for example, cellular, cognitive and environmental).
  2. Research in low- and middle-income countries.

 

Wellcome are running a webinar at 13.00 on 14 September and the deadline for initial application is 14 November 2023.
