The NIHR have announced new mental health research grants as part of their latest commissioned call for research – part of the phase two funding of the Three NIHR Research Schools’ Mental Health Programme.
Their new commissioned call for research will focus on supporting the implementation of evidence into practice and policy in areas underrepresented in phase one, for example, suicide prevention in high-risk groups, or mental health in pregnancy.
The new grants are open to applicant teams involving members from at least two NIHR Schools. These are:
NIHR School for Primary Care Research (SPCR) member institutions
NIHR School for Public Health Research (SPHR) member institutions
NIHR School for Social Care Research (SSCR) member institutions
