Roles at Mental Health Implementation Network
no comments

The NIHR Mental Health Implementation Network (MHIN) is a collaboration of service users, local communities, health and care providers, commissioners and a range of regional and national stakeholders, including charities and local government. Projects will work to improve mental health across the life course by catalysing and evaluating high impact interventions at key stages in regional and national services. It’s based in ARC South London.

The MHIN is seeking colleagues to join as new Programme Deputy Lead and as Project Leads.

Are you an academic, senior clinical leader or an expert by experience?

Do you work in mental health practice, policy, or research and have interest and experience in implementation?

We’re looking for experienced, creative and strategic individuals who will be able to lead on implementation and evaluation at multiple project sites as part of MHIN’s ongoing work and take the programme into the next delivery phase. We have four priority projects:

  • Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)-style services for children and adolescents, especially in schools
  • Physical health care for people with severe mental illnesses
  • Community access and engagement for minority ethnic communities for mental healthcare
  • Integrated care protocols for co-occurring mental illness and substance misuse
