The Mental Health Research (MHR) Incubator is hiring! We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to help us with the running of our various programmes (including events) and evaluation.
The Incubator supports capacity building in applied mental health research through a number of different career development programmes for mental health researchers. These include the GROW programme – a professional development programme for postdocs; PeCo – a peer coaching programme; internships and placements; and an annual writing retreat for mental health researchers at different career stages. In addition to these selective programmes, the Incubator supports mental health research career development through sharing career advice for current and aspiring mental health researchers on its website and social media, an annual seed fund for researcher-led projects, and supports networking within this diverse research community of practitioner researchers.
This role will support all of the programmes through programme evaluation, programme administration and communications support.
