Cauliflower soup with onion bhaji and curried oil (Ve)

Honeydew and kohlrabi salad with pickled carrots, herb cream, hazelnut and balsamic praline (Ve)

Heirloom tomato and cucumber salad with basil sorbet and peach vinaigrette (Ve)

Please choose from the following dinner main options:

Oven-roasted chicken supreme with carrot purée, truffle and smoked chicken croquette, braised heritage carrot, garlic-mashed potato (GF available)

Fillet of pollock with sautéed peas, broad beans, new potatoes, red pepper velouté (GF available)

Broccoli risotto with fresh chili, grilled tenderstem broccoli (Ve, GF available)

Miso braised leeks with carrot gnocchi, olive tapenade, crushed hazelnuts, smoked leeks, basil broth (Ve, GF available)

All mains are served with fresh seasonal vegetables and roasted fondant potatoes.
