The information in your application form will be shared with the MHR Incubator team, including your professional coach, for the express purpose of managing and delivering the GROW Programme.

If your application is successful, the following information will be shared with the other participants of the 2024 GROW cohort:

Your responses to Question 1b (the skills, experience, perspectives, or approaches you bring to GROW) and Question 2a (the research questions and approaches that currently interest you)

Outside of the MHR Incubator team who review your application, no other information about you will be shared. This includes your CV and your responses to the remaining application questions.

Have completed a PhD or gained equivalent research experience so we can bring together a group of researchers at a similar career stage
